Seun Egbegbe, who has spent two months in Ikoyi prison for theft, revealed that he is unable to find two sureties with the profile required by the court.

The judge had reportedly ruled that the two sureties in the like sum of N2.5 million each must be: a civil servant on level 16 who deposits his international passport, and a property owner in Lagos metropolis who deposits a certificate of occupancy.

Both sureties are also to be mandatorily profiled with their office and home addresses verified.

“Where do they expect him to get the sureties? who would leave the passport and certificate of occupancy with the court until the case which may last four years ends? Who will risk losing N2.5 million as surety for a case that has not even really started?” a close associate of Egbebe stated.

That is why before anyone get involved in a bad act, he/she should first think of consequences.

Nigerian surgeon arrested for sexual assault in Texas, US

Nigerian orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Donald Okechukwu Ozumba has been arrested by McKinney police, Texas on suspicion that he sexually assaulted two female patients while they were under his care.
Dr. Donald Okechukwu Ozumba, 44, faces two charges of sexual assault, according to court records. McKinney police arrested him Friday, March 31, and booked him at the Collin County Jail, where his bail was set at $50,000.

However, his family has denied the allegation. A statement issued to  NBC5, on Monday,  reads:
"We flatly deny each and every false allegation and are confident that the legal system will vindicate Dr. Ozumba. We appreciate the support from our local and global community."
According to Dallas News, one of the women went to his office last week to be treated for a sports injury. She told police that the doctor exposed half of her genitals to check for internal fluid and told her he needed to rub in the medication he had injected under her left hip.

Ozumba massaged the area, then penetrated the woman's genitals with his fingers and massaged her inside, according to the arrest warrant affidavit. The woman's husband was sitting behind the doctor but couldn't see what was happening , police said.

The woman told police that she contacted another doctor after the visit and asked whether what Ozumba had done was normal procedure. The second doctor informed her that Ozumba was "absolutely not supposed to penetrate her vagina," according to the arrest warrant affidavit.
Shortly after the visit, Ozumba asked the woman to download a messaging app and sent her a text asking what her favorite part of the procedure was, according to the affidavit.
The woman told police that she texted him back with a message that said "Not receiving a script," then deleted the app. Ozumba continued to text the woman and asked her to come back in, according to police.
Another woman reported a sexual assault to McKinney police in August that occurred during an appointment with Ozumba the same month, records show. According to an arrest warrant, she said she had gone to the doctor to get a shot for a physical disability.
Police believe that there may be other victims who were embarrassed to come forward. Now, they are urging anyone who was treated by Dr. Ozumba and was sexually abused to come forward.

According to his website, Dr. Ozumba participates in medical mission trips to his native Nigeria.

“He co-founded the Center for Advanced Specialty Surgery based in Lagos, with a mission to improve the quality of life by advancing the practice of orthopedics and other surgical specialties through investment, education, skills transfer, and providing the highest quality of care one patient at a time,” the website states.
He has since been released on bail pending the starting of the court case.

Lobatan! Nigerian Husband Arrested By Switzerland Lady After Discovering He Has 14 Other Women

As shared by a Facebook user identified as Kingsley Ughe...

His real name is Christopher Ehifoh.. But he operates under different aliases. His most recent alias is Christopher A.J Bernard.

He is from Edo state, precisely Obedu in Uromi.. Age is between 45 to 49 but he claims to be 35 to unwary victims.

He lives in Pratteln, Switzerland. where he is married to a white lady, Tanja, a hard working nurse.

Christopher is unemployed and unemployable in Switzerland partly because of educational status and more because of his immigration status.

Tanja works and runs the bill at home. Christopher cooks and tends the home while Tanja works herself to death as Nurse to pick the bills at home and save some money for Christopher to occasionally send to Africa.

Tanja has four children for this master of deceit: Alain, Laura, Nicholas and Mary. All of them are on Facebook.

The eldest son is 18 years. The twin girls are in their 16 while Nicholas, the last child is 14.

Christopher is a serial philander and an unrepented womaniser. However , his own womanising is of the most dangerous strain.

Christopher actually lures young unwary girls into marriages , bed then and run away to Switzerland while changing his sim cards immediately. To achieve this, he is always in Nigeria every year after deceiving Tanja that he is exploring investment potentials for both of them in Nigeria.

He is dangerous and reputed to have conducted marriage ceremonies with three ladies in Delta, Lagos and Benin within one year.

Since the past ten years, Christopher has married more than 10 to 12 women here in Nigeria in elaborate wedding ceremonies.

His mode of operation is simple, he comes with stories of how he left Nigeria as a young man after the death of his parents. He would spin a tale that would require the female victim to accept a wedding plan with Christopher hirelings as family.

Christopher is a habitual liar who invent falsehoods not to gain any end or even to deceive his victims, but to amuse himself. It is partly practice and partly habit. It requires an effort in him to speak truth. That is exactly the case of Christopher Ehifoh alias Christopher A.J.Bernard.

They would come in motorcades and pay the bride price of the girl involved. He would bed the girl throughout his stay and take her to his house in Uromi where he would abandoned the girl. Until his family ....mostly his younger brothers who largely depend on him for sustainance will throw the poor girl out.

In other occasion, Mr. Philanderer would actually rent a cheap apartment. Furnish it sparsely and take his supposed new bride there. He would romp with her until such a time he would be leaving the country back to his Switzerland. Upon arrival, he changes his sim card and that would be it. No thought for the abandoned girl or her family.

Recently Christopher took matters to a dizzying height when he married two ladies within the same year. One of the ladies is from the same Edo state with Mr. Philanderer, while the other is from Delta state.

Somewhat and ironically, Christopher wanted to actually "settle" with the Edo girl. He organised an elaborate wedding and invited even his real family this time. That was two months after he did another elaborate traditional wedding in Delta state with a Lady he abandoned in her father's house....Esther.

The Edo girl ,contrary to Christopher's instructions published and displayed all her wedding pictures with Christopher on her Facebook page.

All hell broke loose. So far, about 14 women have surfaced to identify Christopher as their "husband"with evidence to back it up.

Tanja got wind of all these development and promptly contacted JLAA and through JLAA's help got Christopher to run out of Nigeria. He resurfaced in Switzerland and was promptly arrested and locked up for various offences bothering on advance fee fraud, bigamy and criminal deceit.

Back here , JLAA is busy compiling records and names of victims. There are some of the ladies with whom he contracted marriages under the Marriage Act, laws of the federation of Nigeria. That has its own implications too.

A law suit awaits him when the Swiss authority are done with him and he is deportee to Nigeria. His last wife has taken possession of his car and some house hold properties he left in Nigeria here in a house they both lived as husband and wife. To our chagrin, Christopher family are coming forward to threaten the poor girl that she must surrender the car and house hold items otherwise they would go place a "curse on her".

JLAA has taken steps to protect the lady involved. Petition has been written to IG office and law suit has been filed. The other unlucky " wives" must move on and be happy that this criminal will face the law at the end of the day.

Please share to warn all about the extent people can go to get in between a lady's legs."

Update! Navy officers says - Rear Admiral Ikoli did not commit suicide, he was assassinated

Naval Officers who worked with the Fleet Commander, Western Naval Command (WNC), Rear Admiral Daniel Ikoli, who was found dead at his Apapa, Lagos residence on Wednesday April 5th(Read here), say contrary to reports, the deceased did not kill himself.

According to the officers who spoke to NAN on condition of anonymity, Ikoli who has been tipped to become the next Chief of Naval Staff, was assassinated.
The source said Ikoli who lived alone as his wife lived in Abuja and children live abroad, say there is a mystery surrounding Ikoli's death.

"At the close of work, he usually allows his aides to go home and stay with their families. In most cases, he will be the one to open the gate of his residence for visitors using a remote control. The officer would not have killed himself. It is pure case of assassination. There is a mystery surrounding his death. For instance, the two ambulances they brought to take him to the mortuary refused to move. It was when they brought his service car and transferred the body into it that they were able to take his corpse to the morgue’’ he said
Another souce who spoke on condition of anonymity said the deceased was a disciplined officer who was loved by many.
“Ikoli was a disciplined, gentle, straightforward and honest man, who had no regard for protocol. It is nothing but a murder case. Ikoli transformed the place by introducing smart I.D. cards and increasing special duty allowance from N4, 000 to N12, 000. Everybody is aware that he was an introvert, but he made sure that things worked properly and he had respect for all and zero tolerance for corruption. He really complimented President Buhari on his anti-corruption war and I think that was why he was appointed to serve on the arms deal probe panel. His elevation as the next Chief of Naval Staff would have been announced if not for the president’s trip to London for medical checkup.’’

Nigerian boy bathes girl with acid on her birthday thinking it's a disinfectant in Oshodi

A 14-year-old girl's birthday celebration turned tragic after a male friend of hers emptied a bottle of acid on her, thinking it was a popular strong disinfectant known as Izal. Victoria Emmanuel had left her home in Mafoluku, Oshodi, to fetch water somewhere around the night market close by when the incident occurred on March 21.

The victim was met by her friends on her way to the tap and they began to pour water on her in celebration. Some poured dirty water on her, some poured sand. Soon after, the culprit Moshood Yusuf, 13, arrived then he entered a shop, picked a bottle and emptied the content on Victoria even after she warned him not to. She fainted soon after and was taken to the hospital. Parents of the boy have been going to plead with the parents of the victim and have constantly shown their support.

Speaking to The Nation, Victoria, who is currently recovering, narrated what transpired and revealed that though Moshood insists it was a mistake, another friend, Ganiyu, told her he had said he would hurt her .

“It was my birthday. I had told my friends the previous Monday that Wednesday, March 29 was my birthday. So, when I went to fetch water at the night market that night, those who came to my house to rejoice with me followed me," she narrated to The Nation.

“I was carrying a big bucket on my head but on the road, they put it down and started pouring the water on me to celebrate my birthday. Some were pouring dirty water on me and others sand. That was how Moshood ran into a shop and brought out a container. There was something inside and I told him not to pour it on me because we don’t know what was in it. He opened it, smelled it and said it smelt like chemical. We told him again that he shouldn’t pour that on me but he didn’t listen. As I walked past him, he poured the content on my body from behind. I screamed and ran towards the tap but he got there before me and opened it so that water would pour on my body.

“While I was under the tap, the woman who owns the place chased us away that I was wasting her water, though she owed me N70. That was the last thing I remembered. I was later told that I fainted and was rushed to Edmark Hospital. I was discharged in the evening of the following day because my daddy insisted he wanted to take me to General Hospital. So, I was moved to Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) where they have been giving me treatment.

“Moshood was arrested by policemen from Makinde but he was later released. He has not come to see me since then but his parents have been coming. We didn’t fight. We have never quarrelled. He’s my friend. I don’t know what happened. Although, one Ganiyu claimed that he told him he was going to hurt me, I don’t know if that’s true.

“They said they have asked him where he got acid from but he insisted he thought it was Izal that was inside. He said he was looking for a container to enable him carry more water and pour on me. But the shop owner has denied keeping any acid in her shop. The woman was crying and swearing that she didn’t keep anything like that since she has little children, who could have easily gotten to it.”

Victoria's mother, Mrs. Chidinma Emmanuel, wondered if her daughter's skin will ever heal and said she is not interested in pressing charges but needs the family of the boy to help financially as her daughter's treatment has cost her family so much and has affected her petty trade.

“His parents have been coming. They have extended solidarity but I think it shouldn’t just be by words of mouth. You can see that we are a struggling family.  This unfortunate incident has cost us so much. There’s a drug we have been buying N1,200 per sachet to apply on her body.

“I expect that Moshood’s family would support us financially or pick the bills, since all the children there said he was told to not pour the content on my daughter but he went ahead to do it. So far, we haven’t heard anything from them. Yes, they paid the N16,000 we were charged at Edmark the night the incident happened. After that, they haven’t done anything again. If they are coming for settlement, the only settlement is for them to pay all expenses incurred.”

Menwhile, Moshood’s mother, Mrs. Ganiyat Yusuf, has expressed her sympathy for the family and described the incident as a mistake.

She said to The Nation: “It was just a mistake. In fact, Moshood also got burnt by the acid on his chest and leg. He didn’t know the content of the bottle and since they were jubilating, he poured it on her without knowing. It’s a regrettable mistake. But what we want is for peace to reign. We don’t want a situation where both families would start fighting over it or the two children becoming enemies.”

Shocking! See the 8-year-old girl raised by monkeys

This 8-yr old girl was found living with monkeys in a remote nature reserve in Bahraich, northern India. The girl has now been dubbed Mowgli 2.0 because of the similarity of her story with the story of the boy in The Jungle Book who was brought up by wolves.

The girl was discovered by a group of woodcutters working in the area who then alerted government officials and she was rescued from the region near the Nepal border. The girl did not seem happy about being uprooted from the only home she knows, she then screeched like a monkey, which it was soon discovered is the only way she knows how to communicate.

It was also discovered that the girl could not walk like a human and instead moved on all fours, the way animals do and she runs away at the sight of humans. Authorities say she seemed comfortable among the apes at Katarniaghat Wildlife Sanctuary, close to the border with Nepal.

It has not been discovered who she is, where she came from and how long she has been in the wild but investigations are ongoing already. Sub-inspector Suresh Yadav was the one who rescued the girl while he was on patrol two months ago.

When the girl was found, she was "naked and was very comfortable in the company of monkeys. When the woodcutters tried to rescue the girl, they were chased away by the monkeys," Police officer Dinesh Tripathi said.

Later, another police officer came to try to rescue her but the monkeys fought for her.
"When he called the girl, the monkeys attacked him but he was able to rescue the girl. He sped away with her in his police car while the monkeys gave chase," Tripathi said.
Inspector Ram Avtar Singh, from Motipur station, in Bahraich, said:
"She was terrified of us, she could not speak or hear us properly. She was surrounded by three monkeys. She had wounds on her body specifically on her elbow and one on her leg. She was wearing clothes but not very dirty, it looks like she was abandoned by her family. She looked weak and was very hungry. We gave her some food to eat. She looked miserable. If we hadn't rescued her she could have been eaten by other animals."

Doctors at the government-run hospital she was taken to say she is still prone to bouts of anger and violence while she does not appear to understand any language. She is also still frightened of humans and though she has been taught to walk upright, she still prefers to walk on all fours. However, there has been an improvement from the time when she first came in.At the initial stage, she behaved like an animal, even to the extent of eating her food off the floor. Now she is able to eat with her hands.
Video footage of the girl in the hospital showed her pour her food from the plate in which she was served onto the mattress from where she ate, but that's an improvement from eating from the floor.
"She is still not able to speak, but understands whatever you tell her and even smiles," said D.K. Singh, chief medical superintendent of the hospital.

Lobatan! Wife of Former President Obasanjo claims her twin brother and future daughter-in-law are in collusion to assassinate her

Wife of Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Mrs Taiwo Obasanjo claims that her twin brother, Chief Kenny Martins, her future-daughter-in-law, Tope Adebutu ( daughter of lotto boss, Baba Ijebu) and future mother-in-law, Ms Rosemary Dacosta, hired certain people to assassinate her after a court action she filed last month to postpone her son’s wedding.
In a petition to the Commissioners of Police, Lagos State, which was dated 4 April, 2017, Mrs Obasanjo alleged:

” I was reliably informed that the three person mentioned above have perfected their plans to assassinate me because I requested the court to shift the wedding date of my son from the month of May to June 2017. Please continue....

“They also have a plan to start smear campaign on my person using various media platforms such as newspaper, internet etc..
Mrs Obasanjo’s petition to the Police Commissioner, Lagos

“Their third plan is to frame me up on false charges and get me arrested and detained by the police from the 10th -14th May, 2017 and also to involve the military police to achieve their plans.

“Sir, this issue reported here is neither a small matter nor a figment of my imagination because sometime during the time of late Head of State , Gen. Abacha, when Daddy Obasanjo was in prison, the late Stella Obasanjo got the military to detain me at DMI Apapa by Frank Omenka on false charges

“Sir, what is unfolding now is not a wedding preparation but a desperate attempt to kill me because I told Rosemary Dacosta and her daughter Tope Adebutu to allow the wedding to hold after the month of May 2017.

“Chief Kenny Martins is the leader of the planned assassination on my life. Sir, I am reporting this issue so that you can please use your good office to step in to the situation because there is a deep strange desperation attached to the wedding of my son which is now do or die wedding ceremony for them.”

When contacted, Chief Martins declined to comment on the petition, saying he was not aware of any petition by anybody against him.

“I don’t have any petition from the police on my table so I don’t react to what is not before me,” he said.
