Update! Another Lady Comes Forward, Says I Dated Apostle Suleman.

Barely one week after a lady, Stephanie Otobo, claimed she was in a sexual relationship with the overseer of the Omega Fire Ministries Worldwide, Johnson Suleman, another lady has also said she was in a similar sexual relationship with the cleric.

The lady, who identified herself as Queen Esther, said she began a sexual relationship with Mr. Suleman (popularly known as Apostle Suleman) in 2013 before a “catastrophic break-up” a year later.

“I was an usher in his branch church, but I had a sexual relationship with him as he lured me into it in order to solve my spiritual problem and limitations to success in career and marriage, but after the sex he didn’t solve the problems for me, instead he started making proposal for us to marry,” Ms. Esther told Premium Times today.

“I dated Apostle Suleman while I was a member in his church, he was my pastor, spiritual director and mentor aside being a boyfriend, from August 2013 to 2014 April.”

Ms. Esther’s claims came two days after Ms. Otobo, a Canadian-based singer, told journalists about her alleged amorous affair with the cleric.

Mr. Suleman denies all the allegations.

On Friday, the cleric threatened to sue Ms. Otobo’s lawyer, Festus Keyamo, and accused him of plotting to clone his voice in a forthcoming video on the marriage scandal.

The preacher’s wife, Lizy, had also risen in support of her husband, insisting his alleged persecution is the handiwork of the powers that be in the political circles.

On Sunday, Ms. Esther told Premium Times that Mr. Suleman’s wife got to know about her affair with the cleric, a reason for her decision to end the relationship.

“I told him to give me a break in the relationship, so I can stay away from his wife’s view, and also get married to a single suitor I had at that time, instead he felt I was breaking up with him and began to threaten me, that I hurt him and that I will see the consequences of hurting him,” the lady said.

“Barely seven days after that, my body changed, I began to have strange movements in my body, my womb, sharp pains in my left breast,” she continued.

“I was taken to many places by my family and we were told that my boyfriend used me for sacrifice and wants to kill me, Suleman sent me text messages of threatening that I will die, I almost died if my God didn’t rescue me. So all my attempts to get him to heal me failed, I went to his father his father tried to talk to him, but he denied doing anything to me, till today.”

When contacted on Sunday, Phrank Shaibu, Mr. Suleman’s spokesperson, declined to comment on Ms. Esther’s claims.

STATE PROTECTION

Ms. Esther turned down Premium Times’ request to produce her photograph – or her real identity – saying she wants to first seek the protection of the Kaduna State Government from Mr. Suleman and “his team of magicians.”

“In the wake of this current sex scandal between Miss Otobo Stephanie and Johnson Suleman, I started having strange calls from people who speak Auchi language while making incantations on me once I pick their phone calls,” she said.

“I cannot be able to send my picture now till am (sic) sure of my protection from his followers’ attacks.

“Many ladies are victims of Johnson Suleman but they are afraid to come out publicly because they fear the consequences attached to their public stand against him, which is a possible spiritual attack and destruction on their life and destiny.”

A top official of the Kaduna State government confirmed to Premium Times that they received a request for protection from Ms. Esther, but added that the government does not want to be involved in the matter.

On Friday, Ms. Otobo said most of the evidence of her affair with Mr. Suleman got lost after her laptop was stolen on arrival at the Lagos airport, last year.

She accused the preacher of being behind the theft.

Ms. Esther told Premium Times her own evidence against Mr. Suleman – “videos of him around me in the church always,” phone calls, text messages – mysteriously disappeared from her phone immediately after their breakup.

“But if police can retrieve my text messages and phone calls from MTN service provider between the month of August 2013 and 2015 May, that will be enough to prove him guilty of oppression and threat to life.”

Update! Yakubu Andrew Also Needs Urgent Medical Attention, Cries Out From Detention

A former Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Andrew Yakubu, has cried out over his continued detention by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), saying while no formal charges have been brought against him, he is being denied an urgently-needed medical attention.

Andrew Yakubu Yakubu is being detained by the anti-graft agency following an alleged recovery of over $9.7million and £74,000 cash from a property linked to him.

However, in a statement by his lawyer, Ahmed Raji, SAN, Sunday in Abuja, the ex-NNPC boss “within this time also, our client has been denied access to adequate medical attention which he desperately needs.”

The lawyer, who was reacting to the widespread media reports alleging that he is currently facing charges for under-declaration of assets and illegal transactions, stated that “within this time, no formal charges has been brought against our client by the EFCC or any other government establishment for any offence whatsoever as widely spread in these media reports.”

Raji said, “in view of the foregoing facts, our client has sought an enforcement of his fundamental human rights before the Federal High Court, Abuja in an action constituted as FHC/ABJ/CS/126/17 between Engineer Andrew Yakubu vs EFCC & Anor.

“Our Client has been detained by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for more than a month since he voluntarily presented himself to them at their invitation and has fully cooperated with investigations”, he said.

While stating that it had become necessary to set the records straight, Raji maintained his client’s “insistence on his innocence of any perceived offence and his determination to clear his name in due course.”

Kemi Olunloyo Blame Actress Tonto Dikeh For Not Killing Ex Husband Churchill When She Had The Gun

Kemi Olunloyo has told Tonto Dikeh she should have killed her estranged husband, Churchill Olakunle when she had that gun in Ghana for allegedly abusing her.
You recall Ghanaian police had yesterday read out a report where they said, in a fit of anger, Tonto Dikeh allegedly destroyed property at her husband’s house worth $15,000 dollars and waved a gun at Churchill’s staff. This happened before Tonto wedded her now estranged husband.
According to Kemi, from a woman who also suffered domestic violence, (pictured above), to another, Tonto should have shot Churchill when she had the chance. Kemi wrote on Instagram:
THIS POST IS DEDICATED TO @TONTOLET #tontodikeh from a bold, brave, transparent woman.
Quote
Like #ArethaFranklin and #WhitneyHouston sang “I’m every woman, it’s all in me”..the reason I brand myself as the most intelligent woman in Nigeria is simple. I do what others are SCARED to do.
I’m proud of myself, never been married, probably never will. I have written on Facebook that if I marry it will be for money and never love and that’s why billionaire #Bauchi Forex prince Ahmed Makama said he wasn’t giving up on me cos he’s been after me since our London school days when I was 17yo and he was 19.
Today Makama is 55yo and married with lots of grown kids and grandkids and wants a second wife. I will never be THE SECOND WIFE or be in a polygamous relationship. Even his Hausa wife is “excited to have me join as wife #2”.
I illustrated this beating around the bush to u @tontolet because I wanted to show the upcoming ones that many things attract us to marriage. Money, status looks etc.
Regarding Churchill, YOU SHOULD HAVE KILLED HIM while you had the GUN! I’m a gun violence activist. I promote guns for protection not for slaughtering, assassinations etc. It is to protect u from the bad elements.
As a social critic and investigative journalist ppl were waiting for my view. I was still investigating @zukiliciouz interview and your write ups.
When I posted my #domesticviolence pics on Facebook 2013 with my entire hand in a man’s mouth bitten like an animal, my head busted with a pipe, people were shocked. Men glorified it…Kemi must have done the man wrong.
These pics b4 and after the hospital emergency room taken by @BaltimorePolicedepartment Offc Ronald Roberts in his police car.
Ladies keep all photos, don’t keep silent. My ex fiance’s family kept telling me to stay that things will improve. Its a vicious cycle. In America I was allowed to protect myself…WITH A GUN! Its legal.
Hon Jibrin @abdulabmj said put up a strong resistance. How in Nigeria? Have a weapon READY ladies and protect ur legal rights! Bad men will KILL U FIRST! #RIP to all the women that died in the struggle.

CONTD IN 1ST COMMENT
My domestic abuse story happened when I was 27yo and 9mos pregnant. My baby was induced meaning REMOVED from the womb immediately to save him in case I lost more blood in the trauma.
Barely a month after he was born, another assault and I was coughing up blood from a severely bruised nose and throat cos I didn’t cook rice for dinner and I opened FIRE!
I will be 53 yo and remain single to this day and posess an extremely aggressive and assertive personality. I will never entertain the bullshit act of domestic violence ever again.
My son is now an adult. Told by his dad that I bruised myself then reported to police. See denial? I kept every police report and it’s in a database @baltimorepolice HQ. Something NPF doesn’t have.
NPF does not involve themselves in domestic situations. They only come to pick up YOUR BODY. Here in Oyo state, Ajimobi passed a LAW on DV. Huge jail terms ~ 30 years. C: @tontolet

South Africans believe Nigerian men are taking their women

Special Assistant to Nigeria's President on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Abike Dabiri-Erewa on Saturday said South African politicians fuel xenophobic attacks by telling citizens that foreigners, including Nigerians, are dating their women and taking their jobs.

Speaking on a television programme, she admitted that there were foreigners who commit crime in South Africa, and they can be dealt with, but not by discriminating against Nigerians or any other race or country.

Dabiri-Erewa who spoke on The Osasu Show, noted that xenophobic attacks in South Africa were driven by hate speech and misinformation.

She said, “There are people who commit crime in South Africa, such people are in any country. If South Africa is fighting crime; let it fight crime, not fight brothers and sisters, who are legitimately working in South Africa,

“Don’t forget that these attacks happened in the past. This is the seventh attack. The last one was in 2015… the king of Zulu made some remarks that were inciting, that led to the last attack.

“This particular one, let’s look at the circumstances. Fine, there are economic issues everywhere in the world. Politicians are campaigning and telling their people, ‘you know what, drive these criminals away, they are taking your jobs, and they are taking your women too’.”

The SSA advised South Africa companies operating in Nigeria to do more to educate South Africans on the need to stop xenophobia.

She said, “Imagine MTN sending text messages to everyone in South Africa, saying Xenophobia is bad, don’t do this and that.

“They should embark on some corporate social responsibility. Those multinationals should get up and do something. DStv should be doing various jingles on why xenophobia is bad, they should take over the awareness campaign.”

Update! Sahara Reporters claims Apostle Suleman bought a Mercedes-Benz 450 GL for Nollywood actress Daniella Okeke (photos)

Read the report from Sahara Reporters below...
Johnson Suleman, the controversial Nigerian pastor at the center of an adultery scandal gave a $76,000 brand-new Mercedes-Benz 450 GL to Nollywood star Daniella Okeke in 2016, an official Lagos State website shows.

Ms. Okeke was previously named by Stephanie Otobo, Apostle Suleman’s estranged lover, as being one of the other women in his life. For her part, the actress in 2016 proudly displayed the Mercedes-Benz SUV GL 450 on her Instagram page in front of a brand-new house where she parked it.

After her name was revealed by Ms. Otobo at a press conference covered extensively by Saharareporters, some Nigerians invaded Ms. Okeke’s Instagram questioning the source of her wealth given that she has not featured in any prominent movies in recent years.

The more inquisitive among them took advantage of a new website for vehicle registration in Lagos State which unveils the ownership of any vehicles by its number due to a bug on the webpage, and discovered that one of Ms. Okeke’s most prized possessions, the posh Mercedes-Benz car, is registered to “Apostle Suleman Johnson.”

This discovery is the second window into the pastor’s private life following the one opened by Ms. Otobo, but he has vigorously denied the amorous relationship she claims to have had with him. Last week, Ms. Otobo was arrested and detained by Apostle Suleman, who procured some federal police officers to rough up the woman. She was behind bars for a few nights.

Ms. Otobo had insisted that Apostle Suleman impregnated her following sex romps in Italy, New York and Nigeria. The pastor denied the allegations and threatened to sue SaharaReporters for reporting the story.

On Thursday, he also threatened Festus Keyamo, whose law office in Lagos is representing Ms. Otobo, demanding an apology and the payment to him of N1bn for blackmail and injury.

In a rebuttal on Friday, the law office denied that Mr. Keyamo, its Head of Chambers, was actively involved in the matter, as he has been in Abuja. It described the pastor’s allegations of a conspiracy against him as pathetic, ludicrous and a nonsensical smokescreen. Among others, the chambers revealed that the pastor paid millions into Ms. Otobo’s account and that it has pictures of him exposing his private parts, evidence of which it said would emerge in court.

It also stated that other victims of the pastor have started to come forward to tell their stories, armed with proof.

Nigerian woman arrested and charged with welfare fraud in the US for collecting benefits while her husband earned $1.5M per year

A 41-year-old Nigerian mother of four was arrested this week in Arlington, USA and charged with four counts of welfare fraud for collecting over $100,000 in benefits – all while her husband was a high-earning attorney in D.C., police say.

Police say a six-month investigation into Helen Agbapuruonwu, found that she had collected benefits like food stamps and Medicaid assistance for the past six years.

While Helen was collecting benefits, her husband, Fidelis Agbapuruonwu, was earning $1.5 million per year as a lawyer, according to court documents obtained by NBC News4.

In 2001, Fidelis received the prestigious Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowship which helped pay his way through law school.

Fidelis’ LinkedIn page claims he works for the D.C. firm of Mayer Brown, but today the firm said he no longer works there. Court officials believe Fidelis, a Nigerian immigrant, has “fled the country and is somewhere in Africa.”

The director of the pre-school the Agbapuruonwu’s children once attended said she is shocked by the allegations against family.

"I have to believe it’s not true,” she said.
Helen Agbapuruonwu’s defense lawyer declined to comment.

Police say they hope this case is a deterrent to anyone who thinks about trying to cheat the system.
"We hope it sends a message that if you are taking public assistance it’s truly intended for those in need, and we’re committed to ensuring those who need the most help receive it," said Arlington County Police spokeswoman Ashley Savage.

Lobatan! Saudi-Bound Grandmother Arrested By NDLEA With 1.6kg Cocaine

Nigeria Drug Law Enforcement Agency said on Saturday that it arrested a 57-year-old grandmother, Omolara Morayo Odeyemi, with cocaine at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos on her way to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

NDLEA said the suspect, a textile merchant at the Balogun Market in Lagos, who claimed to be going on a pilgrimage had all the paraphernalia of a pilgrim “save for the narcotic content in her luggage.”

The Head, Public Affairs, NDLEA, Mr. Mitchell Ofoyeju, in a statement on Saturday, quoted the agency’s commander at the airport, Mr. Ahmadu Garba, as saying that two parcels of white powdery substance, which tested positive to cocaine, were “carefully” concealed inside her luggage.

Garba said, “A female passenger, Odeyemi Omolara Morayo, with a valid Egypt air ticket from Lagos to Saudi Arabia has been arrested with 1.595kg of cocaine.

“The cocaine, which was concealed in a false bottom of her bag, was discovered during routine check on passengers at the departure hall. We had to cut the bag open to recover the cocaine because of the way it was neatly concealed. She was immediately arrested and the case is currently under investigation.”

The suspect was quoted as saying that her friend and customer introduced her to drug trafficking.

Odeyemi, an indigene of Ogun State in her statement allegedly said, “I am a textile merchant at Balogun Market, Lagos. I have two children and my daughter is married with children. Recently, I told my friend that I loved to go on pilgrimage this year and she promised to sponsor my trip.

“That was how she collected my international passport, processed my travel documents and bought a return ticket on Egypt Airline. The only favour she requested from me was that I should take a bag to Saudi. She also told me that somebody would collect the bag from me at Jeddah.

“It was an empty bag, so I kept my personal effects inside it. On getting to the airport, officers discovered cocaine inside the bag during search and I was arrested.”

The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, NDLEA, Col. Muhammad Mustapha Abdallah (retd.), described the suspect’s action as condemnable.

He was quoted as saying, “Smuggling cocaine to Saudi Arabia under any guise is condemnable. It is good that she was arrested here because drug trafficking attracts capital punishment in Saudi.

“Apart from saving her from execution in Saudi, the prompt arrest also protected our country from disrepute. The agency will not relent in the fight against illicit drug production, trafficking and abuse.”

Update! Tonto Dikeh shares new photo of bruise allegedly inflicted by estranged husband while sending him a warning

To counter the recent claims made by the Ghana Crime Officer that Tonto was the aggressive one in the relationship, the actress has shared another photo of bruises allegedly inflicted on her by Oladunni Churchill while they were still together.

She went on to warn him to desist from smearing her name, revealing that she has more evidence to prove he battered her and will not hesitate to make them public if he continues to spread lies about her. She wrote;

"Domestic violence is a scourge in the world. In Africa especially, this evil is rampant. African traditions preach & teach the almost absolute submission of the wife to the husband or the husband’s almost ownership of the wife. Hence, to the uninformed & uneducated woman, domestic violence is easily accepted as a norm, this is precisely the reason why domestic violence is rampant in our society. It is therefore obvious that one of the most effective ways to curb this scourge is to inform and educate people; l/we must create the awareness of the wrongness of this act, with a view of solving this problem permanently.I dnt take for granted that God has made me a voice. He has blessed me with means & a celebrity status.

"Most of all, I am a strong Christian. Our Christian faith encourages us to use the gifts given to us by God for the benefit of others. I also have come to learn & realise, that God allows us to experience things so that on the long run we can help others avoid or survive similar experiences. It is for this reason that I shared my horrible experiences of wife battery, perhaps I might help someone;if I only succeed in helping one person,it would have been well worth it.

"It has been brought to my attention my EX is spreading scandalous & baseless lies about me, he has even resorted to some very intimidating tactics in a bid to discredit me and my story. I would like to state for the avoidance of doubt, that everything I have shared is true. I went through those experiences and to the glory of God, I survived and I am a better person today. I would like to inform my antagonists that I have no problem with fighting back,I have said the truth and I have pictures and videos to back my story. I will not hesitate to use them to vindicate myself. That I have not shared these strong evidence 2 date is borne out of respect that this man remains the father of my son. In the event that he will resort to lies in a bid to save face & further tarnish my image becomes unwarranted insult upon severe physical & mental injury .Let me reiterate, that my sole objective is 2 help people. I'm not interested in smearing anybody’s perceived image or good name. I strongly advice that you mrX be warned.'

Omg! Woman meets her daughter for the first time after waking from a seven-year coma

A woman shocked doctors when she woke from a seven-year coma. 25-year-old Danijela Kovacevic, from Vojvodina, Serbia, had fallen ill after suffering  a traumatic labour in 2009.
She contracted sepsis while giving birth to her daughter Marija and was left in a vegetative state, but surprisingly, seven years later she woke up, surprising Serbian doctors who have never seen anyone survive after being unconscious for that long. Her health is improving and she has met her daughter who is seven-years-old now.

The woman's father grateful for his daughter's new life spoke about how well she is improving. He revealed that she is now able to hold a tablet and pen.

"These are minor recoveries, but Danijela is much better that before. She has put on weight, she is more aware and more alive. She reacts, smiles and also gets angry. That is because you are teaching a kid to do certain things. She had very hard trainings. She walked 800 metres and that is a big achievement."
A family friend said: "After school, Marija is close to her mama every day. She comforts her, makes her laugh and does not give up the hope that she will touch her and embrace her."

Ms Kovacevic is currently recovering at a rehabilitation centre in Pforzheim, Germany, but needs 50,000 Euros (£43,000) for her treatment to continue. Her family and friends are trying to raise the money. They organised a competition in taekwondo and all the money raised was set aside for Danijela’s recovery.

Angry Chinese wife catches her husband in the act with younger mistress and parades her naked on the streets

One young Chinese mistress got a full measure of the popular saying, 'hell hath no fury like a woman scorned'. She was engaged in the adulterous act of pleasuring her married lover when his wife caught them in the act, dragged her by her hair and paraded her naked in the streets. The wife is said to have suspected the affair after her husband kept disappearing once a week for hours without contacting her so she enlisted the help of her mother and aunt to spy on him.

They tracked to him to his love nest and unleashed the full measure of their wrath on his mistress.
Video circulating online shows the scorned wife parading the mistress through the streets naked, flanked by her relatives and shouting to attract attention. They were eventually stopped by bystanders who stepped in to help.

The video maker, named Chichi Chan, claimed that the younger woman 'accepted' her treatment as she knew she was in the wrong.
'Nobody has sympathy for the woman that gets caught doing this with another woman's husband,' she wrote. 'She was accepting of her punishment because she knows that she did the wrong thing. 'It is a good warning for other people not to do this. People should be afraid of what the consequences are.'
