Prof Utomi Prof. Utomi stated this at the 33rd Centre for Values In Leadership’s Leader Without Title, LWT, Leadership Colloquium in honour of His Majesty Igwe Nnaemeka Alfred Achebe, the Obi of Onitsha as part of activities to mark his 75th birthday.
